The Opportunity

Tig/ThirdSpace is an award-winning digital Managed Service Partner and Cyber Security specialist. We provide a fully comprehensive suite of services based on Microsoft technology, for organisations that require secure, modern working and digital transformation.

We have big ambitions for growth and are looking for an ambitious and talented Marketing Campaigns & Events Manger to help us achieve our targets.  You’ll support the Marketing Manager in the planning and execution of a Marketing plan. You’ll also work closely with the Sales Team and other teams across the business to devise and deliver effective, targeted campaigns and events to generate new leads and achieve marketing KPIs.

What you’ll be doing:

As our Marketing Campaigns and Events manager, you’ll need to:

  • Plan, execute and evolve the marketing campaign plan.
  • Create campaigns and deliver marketing activities as outlined in the plan; including event builds in our marketing automation system, creation of email comms, managing event registrations and website updates.
  • Work with the wider Marketing Team to support content/tool creation for social media and sales that will enhance event engagement.
  • Organising and managing a series of events including webinars, roundtables, presentations etc.
  • Write and develop content for campaigns, including web pages, email comms and event invitations
  • Liaise with the Sales team around joined up campaign registration drives, and post-event follow up.
  • Supporting the Sales Team and Microsoft Alliances Team around industry targeted events and campaigns.
  • Supporting the Sales Team in execution of Account Based Marketing initiatives.
  • Manage the build, delivery and execution of the ThirdSpace Annual Microsoft Identity and Security Summit (a large 2-day conference to over 400 delegates)
  • Attend weekly sales meetings, to share upcoming campaign updates and ongoing campaign results
  • Track marketing performance and return on investment and prepare weekly or monthly KPI reports.

The experience we’re looking for:

  • At least 4-5 years’ experience in a campaign marketing role
  • Experience of working within the tech or consultancy industry
  • A strong knowledge of email marketing best practice
  • Event management experience, from initial concept to delivery (in-person and virtual events)
  • Reviewing and evaluating marketing campaign KPIs; including registration performance by channel, event engagement, event attendance % and more.
  • Ability to demonstrate a track record of devising and delivering campaigns that have delivered a tangible ROI
  • Strong experience with HubSpot, Salesforce and WordPress (training can also be provided)
  • Previous experience with Pardot is also preferable
