Jacques Fourie

Jacques Fourie has been with the collective business for over 6 years, helping build and mould service management teams for TiG’s Secure Managed Services.

With a strong background in networks, security and compliance, he is passionate about service and delivering frameworks for operational success.

His key focus is on continual service improvement to ensure TiG remains a trusted partner to our clients with communication as the core value.

Success for Jacques is in the retention of clients and staff, something that he says is very co-dependent. ‘Aside from sales, our service team is the most client-facing department in the business and I’m proud that it is made up of people who have been here a long time and have a relationship with the clients they are helping. That’s something that we know really matters to our customers.’

Prior to TiG, Jacques was CTO at netConsult after heading up service delivery teams.
